Bitten By The Bug

If you can't beat them, join them! I've tried to get rid of the tummybug by setting the craft bug on it, but alas, it didn't work ;o) Went to see the doctor this afternoon and he suspects either a really persistent tummy virus or an inflammation somewhere, so I have to have a blood test on Friday. Let you know how that turns out next week...in the meantime, here's what I made :D

This is Marvelous Moon, Erica's friend. A very nice, sweet girl who's always there for you and who's a little mad, just like Erica ;o)

Made this for the Papertake Weekly Challenge (with their sketch), but am too late to submit it...
I blame the bug ;o)

I'd forgotten what fun it is to make file folder cards!

Materials used:
Magnolia stamp, CC Designs sentiment, K&Company paper, Prima flowers and leaves, ribbon, brads, spacers, charm

House Mouse stamp, CC Designs sentiment, My Little Yellow Bicycle paper, Artemio and Doodlebug flowers, brads

Hänglar&Stänglar stamp, Imaginisce sentiment, Heidi Grace paper, Prima flowers, Joy! Crafts pearl

Thanks for stopping by, until next time!
Hugs,

The pitter-patter of tiny feet ;o)

Moon and I do a swap about once a month, whereby she sends me a scrap package (with a little something extra in it, usually something chocolate :O) and I send her one (also with a treat of course :D) and then we make a card with the paper we received and send that card with new paper in the next package :D. Fun to do, to give and to receive, and always surprising :D! I made this for Moon with the My Mind's Eye paper I got from her. The round thing is a Nestabilities box, which contained easter egg sweets :D.

I got a handy chewing gum-holder from her, made with this paper and Magnolia stamps, which she says I can keep in my handbag...it will never see the inside of my handbag of course, it's way too beautiful and lives on my desk, where it can't come to any harm :D!

And I made this card for an ex-colleague, who had a baby boy last week. Something different from the usual baby stamps, but still cute no? ;o)

What do you think of my new blog-look? I think this is such a lovely drawing by Rachelle Anne Miller, and these colours just make me HAPPY :D, I hope they do the same for you ;o)

Materials used: House Mouse stamps, My Mind's Eye paper, QK REV flourish die, Prima flowers, Nestabilities die, Doodlebug rub-ons, High Hopes stamp, Cloud9 paper, QK Olivia alphabet

About six weeks ago I finished this Paperbag Booklet for Inge, and it hasn't been easy keeping it secret! It's her birthday on Wednesday, and along with this "creation" I gave her the stamp of the House Mouse on the front of the booklet.

I filled the booklet with special and funny messages for the birthday girl, and the cute little House Mouse mice make the picture complete ;).

Presents from QuicKutz, rub-ons from Doodlebug (throughout the booklet) and the flowers are from Bazzill/Prima.

I used Chatterbox paper, a favorite of both of us, so easy to work with and quick too, even though you may not think so ;). Letters are from QuicKutz Sunshine alphabet :D.

This one didn't turn out quite how I had in mind, but kinda nice anyway. Wishes was made using QK Abigail, and Wish is a separate die.

The last page already, honestly, it went really really fast and was fun to make! Some days I had inspiration enough for three layouts at a time, and other days I only made one, but it was always fun :D!
