Drumroll...please ;o)

I've finally finished one Christmas card, woohoo! I have another ten upstairs, but they still need embellishments and text...just can't get into the Christmas card mood this year and will probably end up buying a lot...shame on me :o( I'll do better next year, what with all the gorgeous stamps and paper I've been buying, just not using :D!

Anyway, here it is, isn't this just the cutest stamp!

Also made an envelope card, spotted on this blog. Their DT cards are fab-u-lous!

And here's some more, I have been busy :D

Meet Sassy Sandra, she's the hippest chick in the woods! She lives in the middle of nowhere with her mum, dad and two brothers, so she has to make do with fashion magazines that are a couple of months old before they finally come through the letterbox (did I mention middle of nowhere? It really is...), no TV (the horror!) and certainly no make-up, nightclubs or any of the other things that most teenagers take for granted. On the plus side, there's also no school nearby, so she and her brothers are home-schooled ;o). Anyway, Sandra tries to emulate the clothes from her magazines as much as she can, and has taken to dying her old ones with dies she can make from plants and things which she finds in the woods. I think she's doing pretty well, and might be the next big thing (you heard it here first!) If she ever gets out of Nowhereville, that is ;o)

Say hi to Applebrown Betty! She has a lovely garden full of apple trees, and some nice neighbours who bring her their apples as well, because they know how much she loves to bake! Well, truth be known, Betty is all baked out...she's made applepie, apple turnover, apple sauce, apple crumble, apple upside down cake, apple bread, caramel apples, apple cookies, apple brownies and of course applebrown betty! If she ever lays eyes on another apple ever again, she's going to scream! She'll just have to invite her neighbours over for a bite to eat and explain to them that they'll have to do their own baking from now on ;o)

On a more serious note ;o), I promise promise promise to post my blog candy this weekend! It's actually sitting here (and it's yummy, I can tell ya!), but it's too dark when I get home from work (and when I leave for work, for that matter) to take a picture of it...so we'll just make it for 51.000 hits then shall we ;o)

Thank you for stopping by, see you soon!
